4th A2 jacket from AVI received today, always great. I point many US customers to AVI to buy their jacket and make it deliver to me to make artworks, always a pleasure and very professional services every time!

For US customers, I use to pay 3/4 of the return shipping to help about shipping prices increase. Most of time, my US customers buy the jacket in Europe and make it delivered to me to avoid taxes and I'll send them after painting.

If your artist doesn't know this basic insignia size, I suggest you to choose someone else :D

It will depend on the artist reputation, type of paint you want to be used: I use to paint with acrylics but some prefer to use enamels but 50% more expensive. Also, consider delay to make the artwork as some artists are divas with monthes waiting list.

It's very sad to see some educated people supporting an article of a well known "french bashers" newspaper, taking every bit of scum to ridiculize French and France. Wherever you will go in Normandy, being polite, you'll be wellcome.

Always been fond of this brand but the behaviour of their FB community admins is just "wow"..... :( :( Even pics without any artwork is considered as "spam or self promotion". Something sure, I won't anymore mention their brand when I paint one of their products.

Forget this brand! mineral and animal based so wrong in all ways for leather care.

359th Bomb Squadron order. Shown first on a seal brown vintage Eastman Leather jacket and second (with 2 patches) on a Rough Wear 1401 from Eastman Leather too. Patch has been made according to reference watercolor used in 359th BS historical documents so the background is a very light blue...

To be accurate, pocket flaps are identical to another one in darker shade I have. 2 others vintage I have are more "scalloped"

I displayed the jacket with 2 other 90's ELC jackets: same hooks, same zippers, same studs. Absolutely no doubt on this one.

Saving an ELC vintage. A customer sent me his jacket in a poor leather condition, not because of bad care but because of bad leather products. I use to say everywhere and nearly everyday to avoid "animal" based leather caring products. Moulds stain will soon or later appear. Here is what...
