Everyone says that. Lovely grain to it. I even went over it with Pecards.

It's a bargain for the money. I can fit a sweater underneath and it's one I can kick around in until the camper's finished and I can get another from Dave and/or a Goodwear.

I've finally got round to taking some pics of the Aerial Star, I'll take some more wearing it when the weather brightens up.

I am selling an Irvin made by Wareings of Northampton, dating from 1940-42.The main Lightning zip is a replacement, but is a period replacement as the original owner states that this is as it was issued to him. The original owner was Walter King who was a flight engineer on Halifaxes in 431...

I was thinking of a Monarch contract, but I don't think the collar tips are quite long enough and that the pocket flaps should be a bit deeper on a Monarch?
