My wife’s uncle gave it to me. He was in navy but Vietnam war era.
Cuffs need replaced and zipper. Zipper is scovill. Works but zipper puller gone and replaced by the wire.
Too big for me but leather is in nice shape. Lining good. Looks to be satin or something other than cotton.

It’s a 1970s contract but there’s a fold on the date and the second number can’t be identified.

If it doesn't fit and you're not a fan of the G-1 style, and most importantly you're not going to ruffle and feathers, Viet Nam era G-1 jackets are bringing good money. Pass it on and use the money for your next A2 jacket.

It’s a tagged 42.
Will get some measurements together and maybe someone here will enjoy it once I get my selling privileges.
Looks like horsehide to me. Maybe cow.
